Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

- Normal withdrawal processing time — 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time)
- Players must complete the bonus wagering requirement before making a withdrawal
- pkpk77 may require withdrawals to be made using the same method as the deposit
- If a verification check is in progress at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be processed only after the check is complete

Bonus and Promotion Terms
Players can receive bonuses and promotions offered by pkpk77 in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
First Deposit Bonus
Players receive a bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be met.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks, wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks
- Example — deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), balance becomes 920,000 Ks, wagering requirement is 7,500,000 Ks
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
- Each player can receive this bonus once only
VIP Cashback
Players can receive cashback based on their play level. Level progression is determined by play volume, with no fixed amount threshold —
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
pkpk77 may change or stop promotions with prior notice. pkpk77 can detect bonus abuse — playing without genuine intent to meet wagering requirements — and reserves the right to void a player's bonus.
Prohibited Activities
Players must not engage in the following activities when using this platform —
- Opening multiple accounts by the same player (multi-accounting)
- Bonus abuse — playing without genuine intent to meet wagering requirements
- Using software, bots, macros, or any automated wagering method
- Exploiting a game system vulnerability with the intent to gain an unfair advantage
- Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
- Spreading any comments or content that damages the reputation of pkpk77
- Placing bets on behalf of another person (agent / proxy betting)
If any of the above violations are found, pkpk77 has the right to immediately close the player's account, forfeit all remaining balance, and take action in accordance with applicable law.
